Justice Ginsburg was a fierce defender of our right to control our lives, our rights and our destinies. To honor her legacy, we must all rise to protect these rights. That means making clear to our Senators that there should be NO vote on any Supreme Court nominee before inauguration day. If we don’t act now, an ultra-conservative ideologue may get a lifetime seat on the Court and — alongside the Trump administration’s two other justices — putting Justice Ginsburg’s life's work at even greater risk. Access to affordable health care, climate efforts, sexual and reproductive healthcare, voting rights, LGBTQ rights, immigrant rights - so much is at stake if any Trump nominee is confirmed.
