Save your Southeastern ticket offices

The government and train companies have plans to close nearly one thousand ticket offices across the rail network.

We know that our ticket offices and station staffing must be protected for the service, safety and accessibility of everyone who travels by train.

The train companies in England have opened up public consultations until 1st September, where we have the opportunity to voice our objections. Use this quick and easy tool to respond to your train company’s consultation and object to the closure of ticket offices.

Wherever possible, please add in details to the consultation responses about which ticket offices you are particularly concerned about and why you want them to stay open.

If this isn’t the train company you usually use, you can find yours here!

Southeastern: Write to Transport Focus & London Travelwatch today

TEST MODE

Each train company has a separate consultation. If this isn’t the train company you usually use, you can find yours here!

Our ticket offices are under threat of closure and we must make our voices heard!

We need to mobilise a massive response to the public consultations to oppose the closures so that Transport Focus and London Travelwatch reject their proposals.

Can you write to the passenger watchdogs Transport Focus and London Travelwatch today to share why you think our ticket offices must be protected?

Don't worry if you're not sure what to say. There's already a template letter for you to personalise and press send.

You can use the template letter above. We encourage you to share details about which ticket offices you are particularly concerned about and why you want them to stay open.
