More Renewables, Fewer Fossil Fuels

All Texans should have access to clean, affordable, reliable energy.

Right now, damaging legislation is making its way toward becoming law and would set us back from winning the clean energy future we deserve. Join Texas Rising Action, to put pressure on your Texas House Representative and demand more renewable energy, and less fossil fuels!  

Here are a few talking points that may be helpful during your call: 

• Texas House Representatives should oppose House Bill 3707 and House Bill 4832
• If passed they will make renewables more expensive and more difficult to build in Texas, increasing costs for Texas consumers.
• We, the constituents of Texas, support building more renewable energy and refuse to build more fossil fuel-based energy.
