$15 Million Budget Request for Coachella Valley Housing Catalyst Fund

Governor Newsom’s 2022-23 state budget will be finalized in June. Lift to Rise–together with Riverside County, LIIF, RCAC, and more than 60 partner organizations–is requesting $15 million in the state budget for We Lift: The Coachella Valley Housing Catalyst Fund, a regional investment vehicle. This allocation will help deliver 2,500 affordable housing units to the Coachella Valley over the next 24 months. We need you to raise your voice and advocate for this critical funding.
