The Health Services Union is actively campaigning to get a specialist Enterprise Agreement (EA) for Allied Health workers in South Australia.

Currently, the South Australian Public Sector Agreement ties us in with industries that have nothing to do with health and this is keeping Allied Health workers away from the negotiation table.

Securing a separate Allied Health EA means we will finally be in control of our working future, our pay and our unique working conditions.
