The States Must Protect Abortion Rights

With our right to abortion no longer federally protected by the US Constitution, state legislatures and leadership are making critical decisions concerning reproductive care. Some state legislators and governors are going to protect and expand access, while some are already carving away at our now lessened rights.

That’s exactly where our fight is going to go, straight to the states, but this won’t be easy. Because of the extremists on the Court and in too many state governments, abortion is banned, nearly banned or under serious threat in 60% of the states.
